Karen Heydman

Real estate may be my second career but it's the first time I've truly loved my job. After commuting downtown for 23 years I made a commitment to redirect my focus into my community and became a Realtor®. This turned out to be one of my best decisions! I have been able to continue many of the skills I used in my previous career, like negotiations and project management, but more importantly, I've been provided the opportunity to offer genuine, caring assistance for those needing to purchase or sell a home.

I've lived in Bailey for over 30 years in the same little house I bought with my husband when we were in our 20s. Needless to say, I am well versed in the neighborhoods all along the 285 corridor - along with their particular features and benefits. My certifications of Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) and Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS) assure my clients that I have invested in region-specific training designed for smooth transactions in this unique area. Let's discuss your goals, because those happen to be my goals, too!
